The delivery of 24/7 support was followed by the provision of end-to-end solutions, including IT and audio visual design, installation and servicing. Globelink enjoys a strong global presence, serving a diverse range of clients and providing cross-border international IT services. We have built up a worldwide network of over 3000 engineers, who provide seamless installation and maintenance services, which aligns with the international requirements of our clients. Our network continues to grow through our Partner Network worldwide and our ever- expanding footprint across the globe.

With this network, plus our 24×7 follow-the-sun model in place, we can support any service request, night or day. Our Service Desks in India to support all time zones, around the clock, leveraging our pool of skilled engineers to support our customers wherever, whenever. We offer a 4-hour SLA in all metropolitan areas around the world, as well as a 2-hour SLA across much of Europe.
